About the company

Basic Genomics creates advanced molecular tools that enable researchers worldwide to study RNA more comprehensively and efficiently. Traditional gene expression studies often cannot distinguish between different RNA isoforms produced by the same gene, leading to inaccurate conclusions, missed biomarkers and therapeutic targets, and a limited understanding of human biology. Our RNA BaseCode platform addresses these issues by leveraging existing sequencing infrastructure. It is a synthetic long-read sequencing technology that delivers high-quality long-read RNA data from standard short-read sequencing platforms.

The project

RNA BaseCode will be launching commercially later this year. In this project, you’ll work closely with our team to shape how we bring this product to market. You’ll join marketing and sales calls with potential customers, dig into market research to uncover opportunities, and help create compelling marketing materials that highlight the unique value of RNA BaseCode. This is a chance to gain hands- on experience at the intersection of cutting-edge biotech and commercialization.
