About the company
CuraCell is a European cell therapy company advancing Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL)-based therapies for the treatment of cancer. Building on decades of TIL research in Sweden and leading clinical expertise in Germany, our mission is to deliver durable and accessible treatments for patients with solid tumors. By focusing on prevalent cancers such as colorectal and prostate cancer, CuraCell aims to make a meaningful global impact. Our TIL product has already demonstrated promising efficacy and safety in named-patient use, and we are now preparing to launch our first clinical trial.
The project
The successful candidate will join our R&D team to develop and optimize protocols for the expansion and characterization of TILs. Responsibilities include expanding primary TILs from tumor specimens, designing and implementing immune assays, contributing to method development, and supporting daily laboratory operations. The expected outcome is the establishment of robust TIL expansion protocols and analytical workflows that will directly strengthen CuraCell’s translational pipeline and be applied in the company’s recently approved Phase I clinical trial.
