Project Description

The internship will focus on real world evidence (RWE) projects in the Nordic context. Interns will gain hands-on experience in:

Understanding the role of RWE in drug development and healthcare decision-making Exploring Nordic health data sources and registries Applying epidemiological and statistical methods to real world datasets Learning how RWE studies are planned, executed, and reported in collaboration with industry partners

Depending on the student’s background and interests, the project may include:

Literature review of RWE methodology and applications Data management and analysis (R) Development of methodological approaches for comparative effectiveness or safety studies Contribution to reports or presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated Postdocs with an interest in medical research, epidemiology, or biostatistics. The ideal candidate is:

Have a PhD in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, data science, or a related field Familiar with statistical programming (R or equivalent) Interested in applying quantitative methods to real world clinical questions Curious, analytical, and able to work both independently and in a team.
