At Translational & Precision Medicine, Chiesi Chiesi Global Clinical Development, we aim to reinforce our drug development in respiratory diseases, fostering the translation of pre-clinical observations to clinical applications and adopting Precision Medicine strategies. We believe that no patient should be left behind. Our drug development pipeline includes therapies for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Asthma, among others.

This is an opportunity to join our team in Solna to work on a computational analysis of COPD or Asthma. This is a data-driven systems medicine-based internship and will involve gaining an understanding of the disease background and progression by integrating multi-omic data from large-scale studies involving hundreds of omics samples and target biomarkers, towards defining molecular fingerprints and novel patient subpopulations. You will contribute by analyzing patient data and connecting it with clinical and pathobiological markers, generating novel hypotheses and visualizations. Experience in omic analysis in R / Python is required, ideally with transcriptomics and/or proteomics data.
