About the company
We are a small fast-growing consultancy company specializing in health data science and real-world evidence to support drug development and patient access to medical innovations. Our 
clients are international pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. We work across all phases of drug development; from early clinical development to post-marketing surveillance, and thus support R&D, market-access, health economics and medical affairs teams; often in close collaboration with academic partners.

The project
The intern will be part of a dedicated and experienced research team consisting of clinical,
biomedical, and epidemiological experts. The main tasks will be to develop observational study
protocols, perform feasibility assessments for future studies, evidence synthesis, and scientific
writing. The intern will learn scientific project management in a small start-up company environment, while at the same time being exposed to different aspects of business development, epidemiological studies and drug development. The studies are based on registry and medical chart data (so-called real-world data) covering health economics and clinical outcomes; mainly within the field of oncology and immunology, but also other disease areas.

Location: Stockholm (Drottninggatan)
Period: Full time or part-time in May-Nov 2026

The candidate
PhD graduate or PhD student in biostatistics, epidemiology, molecular biology or similar. The intern will ideally have some experience in clinical or observational studies. It is also beneficial if
the intern has developed partnerships and clinical collaborations or has experience with Swedish
health data sources. The intern must be able to work independently and have a flexible, self-driven
and collaborative mindset. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) are important.
