The Project
The project aims to explore the clinical and business potential of selected antibody drugs on the
market in the field of immunology, dermatology, oncology, and rheumatology over a given time
horizon. The goal of the project is to provide valuable information to guide the decision on the next wave of biosimilar drug development and facilitate Xbrane’s in-house pipeline expansion.
The main tasks include literature and commercial database search, and information mapping on
medical rationale, market potential, competitive landscape for the selected therapeutic areas. During the project, the intern student will have the opportunity to present his/her findings to Xbrane’s core team and influence the corporate decision on the pipeline strategy. Xbrane is a flat organization, so there will be plenty of chances to interact with everyone at the company and have fun!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• PhD candidate at KI
• Strong interest in antibody drug development in the context of pharmaceutical industry
  (hands-on experience in mAb development at research level is a plus but not a must)
• Medical knowledge and existing KOL network in one of the above-mentioned therapeutic
  fields is a plus
