About the company

ImaginBio is a venture builder and VC fund focused on pharma development projects spun out of academic institutions across the Nordics. ImaginBio is currently raising its first fund targeting SEK 750 million. The approach is unique to the Nordics with a builder team consisting of the key competencies needed to drive pharma development projects from discovery to end of phase 1.

The project

The project concerns mapping of ongoing academic research that could be spun out into pharma development ventures including mapping vs. general pharma trends and potential license takes / acquirers.

Concretely the project would target the following:

• Mapping of ongoing research projects (in discovery and pre-clinical stage) within Nordic academic institutions that can lead to drug candidates
• Mapping of general interest level (deal flow) and development activity within pharma globally (indications, modalities, etc.)
• Mapping of active companies in-licensing / acquiring drug candidates last 10 years
• Prioritization after attractiveness of mapped research projects along defined criteria

Location: Stockholm

Time period : As soon as possible during VT 2026

The candidate

General understanding of pharma development including particularly discovery and pre-clinical phases, different modalities, high level on key therapeutic areas / indications and respective standard of care and ongoing pharma development areas.
