Who are we?
At AdvanSci Research Solutions, we are on a mission to improve the quality of biomedical 
research to increase reproducibility. We are a team of research consultants and medical writers all 
holding a PhD in life sciences. Our services aid life science companies and academic groups in all 
stages of the research process to make their research as reproducible and impactful as possible. 
Our expertise covers basic, translational, and clinical research in a variety of biomedical fields.

About the internship
We are currently seeking a motivated PhD student for an internship opportunity in our social 
media outreach team. As an intern, you will play a key role in crafting engaging and informative 
social media posts for LinkedIn. In addition, you will be directly contributing to the company 
website in the form of blog posts and educational materials. Your duties may also include 
designing simple illustrations to support written content. The internship project aims to spread 
awareness of good research practices while highlighting the services offered by AdvanSci to 
promote excellence in scientific research. This is a great chance to combine an understanding of 
life sciences research with creative communication skills. If you're interested in making a

What you’ll do
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media campaigns
• Plan and publish social media posts
• Create content such as blog posts and informational pages
• Design graphics to support written content

Ideal candidate:
• High level of academic English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Ability to create engaging written and visual content
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Affinity Designer is an advantage

Location:
While our headquarters are in Lund, this internship will be fully remote.

Internship dates:
A part-time schedule is preferred. A total of one month (full-time equivalent) between May and 
December 2024 as agreed upon with the chosen candidate.
